A mostly quiet day

I did not do a whole lot today. Of course that fit with my idea of how my day should go. I went to church in the morning then later in the day my wife and I went out for lunch at Romeo’s.

When we came back home, I helped my wife put up the outside Christmas lights. Lest there be any doubts, the driving force in that endeavour was my wife; if it were left up to me we probably would not have lights up. But now that the deed is done, I think that the lights look good.

My daughters came upstairs this evening and helped with the decorating of the Christmas tree. I helped the best I know how – by staying far away from the action. The tree looks great. I guess I have no excuses now to not put up pictures. I’ll get right on that. 🙂

Good night!

About cthibodeau

I am a baby-boomer who is now in his second career after spending 10 years in the military. I now work in the computer field, which also happens to be one of my hobbies. I also like to sing, play the guitar to accompany my singing, and play the piano when I practice (which is pretty much never these days)
