Looks can be deceiving

I say that because there have some re-occurring problems that have marred an otherwise great start to the usage of our new tape library. As I was saying to my wife yesterday: “the one time occurrence that has happened three times” has now occurred four times and we have opened a support call with the vendor to have it looked into.

I have not done much at home this evening as tonight is choir practice night. I did manage to get a 30 minutes practice session on the guitar: something I have not done in quite a while. Fortunately for me, my new guitar is really easy on the fingers so it is not painful to practice after such a long time away. I must say that this is the easiest guitar on the fingers that I have ever had the opportunity to play. I wonder how much of that is due to the strings. I will need to go back and find out what kind of strings are on the guitar at the present time as I really like them.

Good night!

About cthibodeau

I am a baby-boomer who is now in his second career after spending 10 years in the military. I now work in the computer field, which also happens to be one of my hobbies. I also like to sing, play the guitar to accompany my singing, and play the piano when I practice (which is pretty much never these days)

    Maybe they’re the ones I buy… Elixir 🙂

I will have to look those up, Chris. Thanks for the tip.

BTW, the guy at Long & McQuade thought that the strings were Daddario Light – unfortunately he did not have any in stock for me to compare with.
